1. Agreement
By accessing our website, submitting a request, or using the client portal you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
We provide video post-production on a subscription (retainer) basis, including editing, color grading, localization, and delivery through our client portal. Specific deliverables and turnaround are defined in your plan and project briefs.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Retainers are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing source material you have the rights to use, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays in materials or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment for a project, final approved deliverables are yours to use. We retain the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
